12 large Egg Whites, 2 tsp Vanilla ExtractSuggestions
I have not found suitable substitute for the eggs in this recipe. If you have found one that works, please let me know so I can pass the information along.I have used the egg white replacements for this mix. They work well, just make sure you whip them enough.
Make sure you whip the egg whites enough to withstand the folding in of the flour mixture.
