Sugar Cookies

Contents of this mix are:


Sugar, White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch,
Xanthan Gum, Salt

Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:

1 cup Butter (or dairy free Butter replacement), 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


This recipe has to chill (30min) after the dough is formed. It also has to chill again (30min) once rolled out, and cookie shapes are cut out
To make rolling out easier, roll it out between a sheet of parchment paper (on the bottom) and saran wrap (on top)
Also, be sure to use spatula's to pick up and transfer the cut cookies (to prevent breakage)
