Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:

2 TBSP Olive Oil, 1 Large Egg, 1 Large Egg White, 1 cup Club Soda, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


Room temperature club soda works best - avoid using cold club soda.
When rising, make sure it's in a warm, draft free space.
When you roll this pizza crust out, roll it out on top of parchment paper, and under a sheet of waxed paper. I usually just use my hands to press it out into a large circle, then roll it out to smooth the top down from there
It MUST be baked on parchment, at least for the first baking. You can put it directly on the pan/stone before you load it with toppings and bake it again.
