Email Blue Rose Gluten Free Baking
Contents of this mix are:
Brown Rice Flour, Arrowroot Starch, White Rice Flour,
Amaranth Flour (or corn starch), Salt
Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:
Water, Egg, Butter - use lactose free butter substitute if you need the finished product to be lactose free
This mix works wonderfully when made using a food processor. I haven't tried it any other way. If you try, let me know how it works.
This pastry crust is light and flakey. Using a Lactose Free Butter substitute works, but you want to use a little less.
