Millet Flour, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Almond Meal,
Skim Milk Powder, Xanthan Gum, Rapid Rise Yeast, Salt

Contains Milk and Nuts

Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:

Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Eggs, Honey, Canola Oil

Suggestions

I've used olive oil in place of Canola - it works perfectly fine.
The honey is used to activate the yeast. Feel free to use sugar if prefered.
The honey/sugar for the yeast is the ONLY sugar in the recipe.
If the bread does not rise enough in the first 40min, feel free to let it keep rising.
I've found most success in rising gluten free doughs when I let them rise in a completey draft free, slightly warm place.
Sometimes the just the weight of a moist towel over the dough will keep the dough from rising.
