Ingredients:


Sugar, Sweet Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Potato Starch,
Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Cinnamon, Ginger, Salt, Ground Allspice,
Nutmeg, Ground Cloves

Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:

Butter - be sure to use a lactose free butter substitute if you need the finished product to be lactose free,
Gluten Free Molasses, Lemon Juice, Egg

Suggestions

If you want crisper cookies, roll them thinner.
If you want a chewier cookie, leave them thicker - 15mm or 3/4 inch.
