Sugar Free Brownies

Contents of this mix are:


Xylitol, Unsweetened Chocolate(Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Butter), Erythritol, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Molasses, Salt, Stevia

Ingredients neeeded to make this mix:

Unsalted Butter - Use a Lactose Free Butter substitute if you need the mix to remain lactose free
Vanilla Extract,


This mix can be made with either unsalted or regular butter. It's up to you.
Using Parchement paper in the pan makes removal and clean up of the pan much easier, but again, it's your choice.
These Brownies can be left out of freezer for up to 3 days wihtout the texture turning "crumbly".
If you want a more cake-like brownie, whip the sugars/eggs for 2 min on high before adding the rest of the ingredients. You may need to increase the baking time, as the batter will be thicker.
Optionally, nuts can be added.
DO NOT undercook these brownies. Your Brownies will be raw, and will taste bitter.
